Creation and printing of all documents required for production (lamination manuals, quality documents, nesting documents); these can only be prepared by someone who knows how the part is made.
? Supervision/Resolution of Defects
In case of problems or defects during pressing/in the molding department, Mark will coordinate with the press manager to find a solution.
If the problem persists, he will act as a liaison with Thomas to resolve the issue.

協(xié)同部門監(jiān)督?jīng)_壓開發(fā)，設(shè)定沖壓參數(shù)直至獲得可重復(fù)且無缺陷的樣品
與意大利工程師共享數(shù)據(jù)，由其編制必要的技術(shù)說明書
? CNC裁剪
創(chuàng)建CNC程序并驗證零件合規(guī)性
與主管共同監(jiān)督預(yù)量產(chǎn)階段，解決操作員反饋的問題
通常由其創(chuàng)建首套程序并親自裁剪樣品進行驗證
隨后監(jiān)督預(yù)量產(chǎn)過程，若出現(xiàn)問題需負(fù)責(zé)修正程序（含生產(chǎn)期間）
? 文檔準(zhǔn)備
制作并打印生產(chǎn)所需的所有文件（覆膜手冊、質(zhì)量文件、套料文件）；這些文件只能由了解零件制造工藝的人員準(zhǔn)備。
? 缺陷監(jiān)督/解決
若沖壓/成型部門出現(xiàn)問題或缺陷，將與沖壓經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)解決。
若問題持續(xù)存在，將作為聯(lián)絡(luò)人協(xié)調(diào)意大利工程師解決該問題。
